AFROPUNK festival, the best assembly of female musical talent since Lilith Fair that has included acts such as , Meshell Ndegeocello, Valerie June, The Internet, SZA, Alice Smith, Tamir Kali, Straight Line Stitch and many others has announced that they’re taking the highly acclaimed festival to Paris, France. The festival will take place May 23rd & 24th at the renowned and beautiful Le Trianon located in the heart of Paris with performances by AFROPUNK veteran Lianne La Havas, Willow Smith, Jaden Smith, Leon Bridges, Youth Man, Keziah Jones, Patrice, The Bots, Young Paris and more TBA soon. In true AFROPUNK form the festival will also serve as a cultural experience with food, live painting by local artists, an acoustic stage and more. The festival is being thrown in conjunction with one of France’s most respected production teams, Nous Production.
Since its creation in 2005, Nous Productions has organized thousands of concerts in France. Every year, more than 400 musical events are set up through the country in the smallest venues, biggest arenas and festivals like Rock en Seine, which attracts tens of thousands people every year with prestigious brands like Yves Saint Laurent, Nike, Levis for special events. Since the beginning, Nous Productions’ goal remains the same : to satisfy the audience, the artists and everyone involved on events they deal with.
