Reaction NYE Chicago

In celebration of Chicago’s diverse musical landscape, REACTION NYE gathers a wide spectrum of genres, ranging from pioneers and trailblazers, to the freshest up-and-comers and local luminaries.  The jam-packed lineup features headlining performances by two of modern dance music’s living legends:DEADMAU5 and SKRILLEX, along with support from top-notch talent including Chicago’s own CHANCE THE RAPPER, critically acclaimed hip-hop duo RUN THE JEWELS, CHVRCHES, ROBIN SCHULZ, BONOBO, PURITY RING as well as GREEN VELVET and CLAUDE VONSTROKE as GET REAL.  Additional artists include BADBADNOTGOOD, CASHMERE CAT, JAMIE JONES, CHERUB, THE FLOOZIES, THUNDERCAT, MIJA, AUTOGRAF and PROBCAUSE, plus more.

Over the past 5 years, React’s annual NYE bash took shape with one-off performances from the likes of Justice, Porter Robinson, Zedd, and more.  Now, growing from a love of music that exists across a diverse range of cutting edge electronics, REACTION NYE expands to the size of a proper winter music festival that is truly the first of its kind in the Midwest.  Also, for the first time VIP packages will be available for ages 21+, with private bars, express entry, elevated premium viewing areas, and more.

Additionally, attendees are encouraged to explore the surrounding area as various daytime activities are conveniently located nearby the venue.  Only 5 minutes away from Chicago O’Hare International Airport in the near northwest suburb of Rosemont, IL – the DES Convention Center stands at the center of a supremely accessible entertainment hub which attracts a daily figure of 75,000 visitors from around the world.  The Village of Rosemont offers a wide variety of dining options, iFLY indoor skydiving, a lively and varied entertainment district, the MB Financial Park, and the new Fashion Outlets of Chicago.
