Insomniac has announced the return of its Halloween celebration BOO! to San Francisco for 2016, as well as its expansion to Phoenix and Dallas. The bone-chilling event will again take place at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco on Friday, October 28 and Saturday, October 29.
