Gentlemens Club – Goes Like [Bassrush Records]

As an old skool bass head I remember seeing Coffi play underground shows in Los Angeles as he rose out of the underground into the legendary group that is now known as Gentleman’s Club. If you’re not familiar, it is comprised of Coffi (Lewis Pittham), Soloman (Saul Mountford) and 50 Carrot (Armani Haskins). This dynamic trio individually pioneered a specific sound and single handedly laid down the foundation for many dubstep producers to come before becoming the Gentleman’s Club we know today. The trio was originally formed in 2013 and hail from the United Kingdom. Since then they have toured more »

MurDa and Oolacile Decimate Phiso’s “Wasteland”

MurDa x Oolacile Remix Phiso's Wasteland

Three names to rule them all: MurDa, Oolacile, and Phiso. As a self-proclaimed connoisseur of all things heavy in bass music, I’ve watched each of these individuals since their earlist SoundCloud uploads and rinsed quite a few of their tunes at my own local shows. Now I have the pleasure of sharing a new piece of finely-crafted and fuel-injected music to obliterate your ear holes. Phiso’s original “Wasteland” was an anthem for wobble-heavy shows across the country over the last year. Though it was released in 2015 with a VIP releasing just two months ago furthering the tune’s reach, it more »

Oshi and Sober Rob Collaborate on… A Riddim Banger?

Oshi and Sober Rob are two incredibly talented artists. Oshi’s style of hip hop instrumentals under playful melodies and Rob’s similar style with a slightly heavier and more distinctly Future Bass sound to it came together once before in a track called ‘Lost‘. ‘Lost’ has a hard hitting drum line, but it plays under a very light medley of synths. It really is quite a relaxing track, a good one to listen to while you’re just chilling. So if you ever told me that Oshi and Sober Rob were going to make a Dubstep track, I would laugh directly in your face. In more »
