Thousands flocked to Mana Wynwood last Sunday to rage at the much anticipated Life In Color Miami Festival. With a stacked lineup and nice Miami breeze, the festival grounds were full of energy. This was Life In Color’s 11th annual concert in Miami. While the festival downsized since last year, the quantity of raging teens did not falter. The young and energetic crowd was excited to see some of the hottest artists. These include acts such as Lil Pump, Quix, Snails, 21 Savage, and Zedd.
There were a few notable highlights of the night. Miami’s own, Lil Pump, put on a reckless and gnarly performance. His antics and energy matched the crowd as he jumped around stage screaming “eskeeddiittt.” Lil Pump gave the crowd what they were looking for as he rapped his hit song “Gucci Gang.”
Snails kept the energy level high with his acclaimed vomit step. The harsh trap sounds hit Life in Color Hard. The EDM star gave the festival goers the wild and grotesque sounds they wanted.
The festival was running smoothly until 21 Savage was set to hit the stage. With no sign of the rap artist just minutes before his set, Life in Color coordinators had to act fast. Luckily, DESTRUCTO/Gary Richards who is now president of LiveStyle North America happen to be at the festival. While Life In Color attendees missed out on a 21 Savage performance, DESTRUCTO took the stage and absolutely crushed it. Playing a killer impromptu set, DESTRUCTO saved the night.
Finally, Zedd came on stage to close the night. With a beautiful light show and plenty of hit songs, Zedd gave an unbelievable performance. Zedd took control by hyping up the crowd and playing a mix of melodic anthems and trap bangers. The stage visuals and Zedds incredible performance made the night truly unforgettable
