EDC 2020 Sell Out in Record-Setting 48 Hours

Time and time again, Insomniac manages to draw in tens of thousands of rave-goers and avid electronic fans for its universally received festival EDC. Last spring, EDC reached astronomical records and expanded their carnival throughout the Las Vegas desert. This year their growing reputation has brought them to sell out all GA, GA+ and VIP tickets in less than 48 hours for its 2020 go-around. The success and pride of the “largest music festival in the world” allowed Founder & CEO Pascal Rotella to announce on Instagram its latest news. The unrivaled experience of the carnival complete with 200 dance music artists, groundbreaking art installations, and rides makes it the one-of-a-kind music getaway that Fyre Festival sought to achieve. 2019 introduced the massive kineticENERGY stage that spanned over 450 feet long and 90 feet high. The festival also debuted theatrical performer troupes that included stilt walkers and dancers, new thrill rides and areas that included Downtown EDC, Pixel Forest, and Nomadsland. With more details to be announced over the next couple seasons, it looks as though 2020’s iteration of EDC will be host and outdo those of years past.
